About bauku

bauku extrusion technology UG (abbreviated bauku) has been producing extrusion lines for the manufacture of large-diameter plastic pipes since 1956. The range covered includes nominal diameters from DN 300 to DN 4000 mm. The core competence is spiral winding technology: extruded plastic profiles made of polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) are wound onto steel mandrels or inner shells. The machines are highly flexible and, with only a few tool changes, can produce a wide variety of inner diameters and wall cross-sections. Based on many years of systems experience, the company develops custom machine designs for pipeline projects worldwide. Both materials used and the products made from them are 100 % recyclable. bauku is today a member of the Boyke Group with more than 75 employees in three companies.
