baumeister & schack specializes in the development and manufacture of linear drive systems: lifting columns, inliners, linear actuators, control systems as well as mechanical accessories such as mounting plates, wall brackets, profile adapters, T-slot nuts and foot arms. Originating from developments for the automotive and medical technology markets, a broad product portfolio has evolved since 1980 that is used primarily in industry and medical technology, but also in vehicle construction, furniture and media technology as well as in packaging systems. In addition to standard systems, the company develops tailor-made custom solutions – from ready-to-install individual parts to complete systems including control electronics. Manufacturing and assembly take place on more than 3,000 m² at two sites within the town of Balingen at the foot of the Swabian Alb. Factory materials include steel (galvanized or powder-coated) as well as aluminum and aluminum die casting (anodized or powder-coated). Since 2020, baumeister & schack has been part of the Amer Group and is its German site.
