Baumeister Wärmetechnik GmbH, headquartered in Rottweil, plans and builds complete room and process air technology systems for industry, trades and commerce. In its own production facility, the company manufactures air ducts, spiral-wound and round spiral ducts, special parts, roof cowls, pipe blow-off stubs, weather protection grilles, duct silencers, floor supply air outlets and ducts of various pressure classes to DIN; in addition, the company develops and produces oil mist separators of the PBA series. Manufacturing is carried out with CAD/CAM support in a duct fabrication shop of more than 1800 m² featuring a fully automatic duct line, CNC swivel bending machines, seaming machines and plasma cutting systems; the material processed is predominantly sheet metal. The range of services includes cleanroom technology, control and regulation technology, on-site installation (including work at heights and rooftop installations), commissioning, maintenance, breakdown service and an in-house refrigeration customer service. Reference customers come from mechanical engineering, medical technology, automotive, food and laundry technology.
