About Baumschule Plattner

Baumschule Plattner is a family business founded in 1975 in Aldersbach in Lower Bavaria. From the initial sale of fruit trees, berries and hedging plants, a nursery with a very broad product range developed. The production operation and the garden center focus on native trees and shrubs and the company's own cultivations, complemented by a range spanning from ground cover plants to 40-year-old specimen trees. Since 1999, the company has operated a production and wholesale facility in Kreuzfeld on 4.6 ha of land, of which 3,000 m² are greenhouse and approx. 9,400 m² foil-tunnel area; sales there are made to other nurseries, landscape gardening and horticultural businesses. At the location Haag 4, the company runs its garden center in green surroundings with retail and direct pickup business as well as an online shop. In addition, on-site advice, delivery service, planting and maintenance work, hedge, fruit tree and topiary pruning as well as lawn installations are offered; the company also produces fine brandies and liqueurs in its own operation.
