About Baur, Gaebel
Baur, Gaebel GmbH is a chemical plant founded in 1884, headquartered with its production facility in Cologne. The manufacturing programme focuses on sulfated castor oil as well as textile auxiliaries such as washing, dispersing and softening agents. In-house production covers the processes of sulfation, esterification, condensation, homogenization and polymerization, as well as the production of emulsions from paraffins, waxes and silicone oils. Raw materials include, among others, coconut fatty acid, stearic acid and tallow amine; in addition, the polyurethane segment is served. The company belongs to the medium-sized industrial sector and offers individual consulting, good service and short delivery times. It is certified to ISO 9001.
