The focus is on the planning and erection of high-rise buildings for industry, commerce, and the public sector, as well as multi-family houses in residential construction. The core of its service spectrum is its own prefabrication plant, where reinforced concrete prefabricated elements are produced under high quality requirements. The construction method is optimized for the economic viability and ecology of large load-bearing systems. The company offers projects from a single source: from planning through structural work with its own prefabricated elements up to the turnkey construction, including conversion and renovation. Each construction site is individually managed, ensuring the material and scheduling chain from the prefabrication plant to handover is secured.
