Bavaria Fluid Systems GmbH in Pforzheim is a manufacturer and development partner for miniature coaxial dosing valves, micro dosing pumps (oscillating piston pumps) and custom system solutions in hydraulics and pneumatics. The valves and pumps are characterized by minimal dead volume (hygienic design), self-cleaning construction, very short switching times, high wear resistance and high volume flows at the smallest dimensions. The metal parts are manufactured on lathes without casting tools, which enables a modular design and simple customer-specific adaptations. The modular system allows variants such as different sealing, pressure and temperature ranges, alternative connections, nickel-plated versions, PWM energy-saving circuit, insulation class H (180 °C) and explosion-proof solenoid systems. Fields of application include, among others, aerospace, defense, automotive, medical and pharmaceutical technology, food and beverage technology, laboratory technology, water shows, chemical engineering and aquaristics.
