Bavaria Robcenter Seidenberger GmbH & Co. KG (BRS), based in Freising, develops and produces industrial robots and automation systems, in particular for the plastics processing industry. The core product is standardized Plug & Play automation cells with an integrated transport system, which can be flexibly configured and operated together as a single unit; changeover of the workpiece takes less than one second. The portfolio includes laser cutting machines, systems for pressure and adhesive pretreatment as well as surface treatment technology, robots and handling devices for loading and unloading, grippers and gripper construction kits, conveyor belts, pneumatic conveyors, conditioning baths as well as software and hardware development. One field of application is the production of windshields, rear windows and side windows, where product and quantity flexibility, short changeover times and cost efficiency are required. The modular cells have standardized interfaces; media lines for pneumatics, control and power supply are uniformly positioned below the processing level. The company delivers worldwide and operates internationally with the languages German and English.
