BAWO Kunststofftechnik is a sole proprietorship based in Wurmlingen near Tuttlingen (Baden-Württemberg) that produces plastic injection-molded parts and complete assemblies for customers from small, medium-sized and large companies. Production takes place on ARBURG injection molding machines with part weights up to 150 g. A particular focus is the overmolding of metals and other materials, which is based on more than 25 years of professional experience of owner Wolfgang Bacher. A wide variety of thermoplastics and elastomers are processed, such as PP, ABS, PA6/PA6.6, PC, POM and PBT. In addition, standard injection molding tools are adapted and, if required, the construction and design of new tools is organized via experienced regional partners. Customers come mainly from medical technology, the packaging industry, the watch and jewelry sector, mechanical engineering and the decoration industry; orders from the automotive sector are also in demand. Variable quantities, short implementation times and coverage of capacity bottlenecks are offered.
