About Bazell Technologies
Founded in 1983, Bazell Technologies® has specialized in industrial liquid clarification for over 40 years and develops and manufactures the patented Microseparator® centrifuge for continuous, media-free liquid-solid separation. The systems remove contaminants, fine particles and chips from process fluids such as coolants, oils, process water and specialty chemicals, without wear-prone filter media – this reduces waste, extends coolant life and improves process stability. A key focus is coolant management and chip separation for continuous lens manufacturing (ophthalmic); beyond that, the technology serves industries from aerospace and automotive to glass manufacturing, waste oil processing and precious metal processing. Bazell works as an OEM partner from laboratory development through series production and offers engineering, installation, process optimization, training, spare parts, field service, remote diagnostics, as well as rebuild and retrofit of existing centrifuges. Locations are situated in Garland, Texas; Germantown, Wisconsin and Wetzlar, Germany (EMEA & India). Worldwide, according to the company, ten million gallons of industrial fluids are clarified daily with Microseparator® systems.
