BBS Bier & Brauerei Support GmbH, based in Berlin, offers customized solutions for brewery projects. The company supports projects through all stages — from property selection through the design and procurement of the brewhouse and other equipment to installation, commissioning and support after completion. The brewing systems are manufactured as one-off pieces: every vessel, every pipe and every valve is individually adapted to the customer's needs, from manual operation to a fully automated brewhouse with PLC control. A key focus is supporting contract brewers and gypsy brewers in realizing their own breweries, including adapting lauter tuns and hop filters to extreme craft beer recipes. In addition, BBS offers consulting on recipe development, process optimization, energy efficiency, HACCP as well as ISO and IFS certifications, brewery seminars and personnel placement. The reference project is the Brewer's Tribute brewery.
