About BCK Metallverarbeitung GmbH
BCK Metallverarbeitung GmbH manufactures thin and thick sheet metal parts as well as ready-to-install welded assemblies in Cologne-Kalk. The service portfolio includes CNC laser cutting, CNC sheet metal cutting, bending on CNC-controlled press brake technology, welding using electric welding, TIG, MIG and MAG processes, as well as surface protection. Sheet and stainless steel in thicknesses from 0.5 to 20 mm are processed, as well as aluminium sheets up to a thickness of 10 mm. Production takes place on a 5,000 m² production area with laser cutting machines and CNC press brakes of the TRUMPF brand. A quality management system certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 by VQZ Bonn® accompanies the processes. Customers come from sheet metal, metal, steel and aluminium processing.
