About bda connectivity
bda connectivity GmbH is a cable manufacturer with a long-standing tradition in communications technology. The company produces special cables and lines optimized for the respective application, as well as coaxial cables for communications technology. In addition to cable manufacturing, the company offers the development of customer-specific special cables and consulting services for cable selection, including via the portal “Which cable for what?” and a cable glossary. Another pillar is the self-developed EMC measurement system CoMeT for measuring the shielding effectiveness of connectors, feedthroughs and distribution components; it serves as a standard method for determining coupling impedance, screening attenuation and coupling attenuation over the entire frequency range in accordance with various standards. Customers come from the electrical and electronics industry, telecommunications networks, electrical wholesale, the automotive supply industry, medical technology and science. In 2018, managing directors Eike Barczynski and Christian Harel took over the cable division and founded bda connectivity GmbH.
