Bearbeitungszentrum Kesper GmbH is a contract manufacturer based in Siegen, specialising in the mechanical machining of metallic objects. The company machines medium to large components with diameters up to 2500 mm and lengths up to 2000 mm at a maximum workpiece weight of 16 tonnes. Its core competence is CNC vertical turning with driven tools, enabling turning, drilling and milling in a single setup; in addition, milling and drilling operations up to 4000 mm in length and CNC-turned parts up to Ø 500 x 1500 mm are offered. The machine park comprises CNC vertical turning machines from Neway, Fulltontech and Dörries, a SpanTec TC2580 CNC lathe, an MTE BF 4200 CNC bed-type milling machine with a two-axis swivel head, and an SMTCL VMC 1100 B machining centre. The team of experienced machining specialists and CNC programmers advises customers before, during and after production. Customers come from metalworking and machining technology, with deliveries extending far beyond the Siegerland region.
