About Beaulieu International Group
Beaulieu International Group (B.I.G.) is a family-run industrial holding company headquartered in Waregem (Belgium), which emerged from a furniture upholstery weaving mill founded by Roger De Clerck in 1959. The group combines business divisions in the segments chemicals, industrial applications, flooring, distribution and real estate, and supplies customers in over 120 countries. Products manufactured include cushion vinyl flooring (flexible PVC) in Wielsbeke, needle felt with thermoconsolidation in Kruisem and Oostrozebeke, polyamide and polyester yarns (including PA6 EqoCycle® recycling yarns for automotive), and, at the French subsidiary Distriplast in Dunkerque, PP corrugated roofing sheets – since 2024 also made from 100% recycled polypropylene. The group invests in the circular economy and recycling projects, such as the European Circular-Flooring project and the DISSOLV project for PVC recycling research. Leadership is in its third generation with the De Clerck family.
