About Beck Fertigungstechnik
Beck Fertigungstechnik GmbH was founded in 2004 by Peter Beck and Armin Beck and manufactures at its Wackersdorf site (Barbarastraße 6) in the Wackersdorf Innovation Park. With a high level of vertical integration, the company covers two core areas: machine and fixture manufacturing (special machines, jigs and fixtures, toolmaking, control cabinet and control system construction, conveying technology, lifting equipment and load handling attachments, palletizers) as well as machining and manufacturing technology. In machining, individual parts, prototypes and series components are produced by 3- and 5-axis CNC milling (up to 3000 × 1500 × 450 mm), CNC turning (up to Ø200 × 1500 mm), wire EDM (up to 400 × 300 × 200 mm), and surface and cylindrical grinding; in addition, the company offers TIG/MAG welding, induction brazing and surface treatment such as vibratory finishing, blasting, polishing, deburring, burnishing and painting. Steel, stainless steel, aluminium and plastics are frequently machined, and further materials are processed on a project basis. Customers include automotive suppliers as well as industries such as food, special machinery, transport and conveying technology, and the construction sector. The company is ISO 9001 certified and supplies customers in Belgium, China, Germany, Norway and the Czech Republic, among others.
