About Beck Kabel- und Gehäusetechnik GmbH
Beck Kabel- und Gehäusetechnik GmbH (BKG) is a family-owned system supplier to the electronics industry headquartered in Loitz/OT Rustow (Mecklenburg-Vorpommern). It was established in 1996 as a spin-off of the service division of Beck Elektronik. Its manufacturing portfolio includes cable assembly to customer specifications (multi-core round cables, flat round cables, flat ribbon cables using IDC IDC insulation displacement technology, individual wires with various terminations, and cable harnesses), the machining of aluminium and plastic enclosures (drilling, milling, countersinking, painting/powder coating, screen printing, engraving), custom injection-molded parts made of ABS, PC, PS, POM and PA as well as 3D printing, including overmolding of cables and connectors. Another pillar is the assembly of lithium batteries and battery/rechargeable packs including protection circuit, BMS and UN38.3 certification. In addition, the company offers pre-assembly of assemblies and device groups with testing, logging and custom packaging, as well as the distribution of CviLux connectors. Customers come from the automotive industry, industrial electronics, mechanical engineering, household appliances, renewable energies, building automation and metrology. In addition to the Rustow production site, BKG maintains a sales office in Nuremberg and a central warehouse in Emskirchen.
