About BECKER CAD-CAM-CAST

BECKER GmbH CAD-CAM-CAST was founded in 1991 as an engineering office and is today a holistic development partner for the automotive industry and motorsport. The complete process chain is mapped in-house: from 3D data models, computer simulations and tool design, through toolless print core production, hand-mould and shooting core production, to low-pressure sand casting of prototypes and small series. The materials used are primarily aluminium alloys such as AlSi10Mg, A20X and M789. In addition, components are produced additively from metal powder using Selective Laser Melting (SLM 280 and SLM 500), finish-machined on 5-axis simultaneous milling machines, heat-treated (including HIP), shot-blasted and surface-treated. The process-integrated quality assurance includes computed tomography, leak testing, material analyses in the company's own materials laboratory as well as dimensional inspections. In addition to its headquarters in Steffenberg-Quotshausen, the company operates the subsidiary BECKER CAD-CAM-CAST Inc. in Wixom, Michigan (USA), and supplies customers in Europe and the USA. Since 2025, Martin Höck has continued to run the company as managing director in a succession arrangement.
