About Beer Brauerei
Since 2006, Beer Brauerei has been brewing beer in the heart of Schleswig-Holstein and is the only brewery in the district of Plön. The beer is produced in craft tradition according to the German purity law using the finest raw materials such as water, malt and hops – from brewing through fermentation and maturation to bottling, all by pure manual work. The core of the brewery is a copper brewing system with an annual capacity of 2,000 hectoliters, which fits as a true gem into the country brewery. In addition to producing its own beer range, from the house brand to individual small batches, the company offers contract brewing: individual beer recipes are developed for corporate gifts, farm shops or brewery start-ups. The brewery also offers brewery tours, brewing seminars, beer tastings as well as rental of beer wagons for events. The company's roots lie in agriculture; Beer Brauerei is a member of NORDBAUERN and FEINHEIMISCH and has been awarded the quality seal of the Schleswig-Holstein Chamber of Agriculture.
