About us
Beer Metallwarenfabrik GmbH is a metalworking company in Wendelstein near Nuremberg that has been manufacturing metallic components since 1960. Its range of services covers machining (CNC and conventional milling and turning) from single parts to series and mass production, press and stamping work on eccentric and hydraulic presses up to 200 t of stamping force, bending as well as prototype and sample production through to just-in-time deliveries. In addition, components are joined using CNC welding robots, tools are manufactured and tested, and plastic powder coatings are applied as corrosion protection. A key focus is the production of seat frames and seat mechanisms for various requirements. All processing steps – from material selection through stamping, bending and welding to visual and dimensional inspection – take place at the headquarters in the Wendelstein industrial park; regional deliveries are made with the company's own fleet of vehicles.
