About Behl GmbH

Behl GmbH, based in Stadtprozelten (Bavaria), developed and manufactured solutions for the processing of particle foams such as EPS (expandable polystyrene), EPE (expanded polyethylene), EPP (expanded polypropylene) and ETPU (expanded thermoplastic polyurethane). The product portfolio comprised molding machines for the production of particle foam molded parts, application-specific mold systems, and automation and process control solutions. Customers came, among others, from particle foam processing and the automotive supply industry. Due to the economic situation, ongoing challenges in the automotive supply industry, increasing bureaucratic requirements and a shortage of skilled workers, business operations were discontinued at the end of May 2025. For questions about past projects and existing systems, the company can still be reached by e-mail; new machine projects are no longer being accepted.
