Behr Bircher Cellpack BBC AG (BBC Group), headquartered in Villmergen, is an internationally active Swiss industrial group. The BBC Cellpack Electrical Products division has been developing and producing cable connection solutions for low and medium voltage applications for almost 60 years, including heat shrink systems, cast resin systems, gel technology and connector systems. Other divisions include energy distribution technology with transformer stations, medium and low voltage distribution boards and cable distribution cabinets, the manufacture and assembly of precision parts and assemblies to drawing including cleanroom cleaning and sterile packaging for medical devices, plastic film and packaging technology, sensor technology and industrial control technology. Materials are predominantly plastics such as cast resin and gel, complemented by copper in cable connection systems. The group maintains production and distribution companies in Europe, Asia and South America and supplies industries such as energy supply, renewable energies, infrastructure, building installation, data centers and rail.
