About us
behrendt automationstechnik is an owner-managed company based in Lüdenscheid and, since 1992, a manufacturer and supplier of conveyor technology for in-house material flow. The product portfolio includes belt conveyors (standard series, heavy-duty, wire belt and troughed belt conveyors), multi-track conveyors, pallet conveyors, magnetic and magnetic slide conveyors, pallet circulation systems and turntables – both as standard systems and as task-specific custom constructions. Production is carried out with a high level of in-house manufacturing depth on over 3000 m² of production space: this includes complete sheet metal working, also in V2A stainless steel up to 6 mm thickness, common welding processes such as MIG/MAG and TIG, modern CNC machining machines, an own paint shop for workpieces up to 6 m wide and 15 m long, as well as control cabinet and control system construction. Design is done in 3D CAD, and in the electrical field with Eplan. The company supplies customers worldwide, including from the automotive and electrical industries, mechanical engineering, punch stamping plants, foundries, the glass, food and pharmaceutical industries as well as environmental technology.
