Expertise in PTFE – from manufacturer to full-service expert

Beichler & Grünenwald GmbH in Löchgau is a medium-sized, family-run company that has specialised for over 40 years in processing the high-performance plastic PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene). The portfolio includes PTFE semi-finished products and extrudates (tubes, rods, profiles up to 20 m in length), statically and isostatically pressed parts, PTFE coatings and linings, CNC-turned and milled construction parts as well as complex assemblies including assembly. In addition to virgin PTFE and modified PTFE (TFM), the company develops customer-specific PTFE special compounds with fillers such as glass fibre, carbon, graphite, bronze or metal powder, and also processes other fluoropolymers such as PFA, PCTFE, PVDF, ECTFE, ETFE and PEEK. The manufacturing processes range from RAM extrusion through hydraulic and isostatic pressing and sintering at 375 °C to CNC turning and multi-axis milling, complemented by welding, thermal forming, laser branding and ultrasonic cleaning. Customers come, among others, from the chemical process industry, semiconductor and high-frequency technology, medical and food technology, as well as aerospace.

Certification and quality assurance

Quality assurance accompanies every work step from the raw material to final outgoing inspection. On customer request, 3.1 inspection certificates according to DIN 10204 and declarations of conformity are prepared using modern metrology equipment; an archiving organisation enables subsequent documentation.
