About BEKRU Werke
The BEKRU Werke in Grimmen are a manufacturer of windows and doors made from aluminium, wood and PVC. With around 90 employees, the company produces building components in all styles for single-family and multi-family homes as well as public buildings. In the PVC segment, profile systems from Kömmerling and VEKA are processed; in the aluminium segment, highly thermally insulated 3-chamber aluminium composite systems (W 72, W 77 HI, D 72, D 92 UD); and in wooden window construction, meranti, pine, larch and oak in construction depths of 68 to 90 mm. The value chain includes individual consultation, precise planning and surveying, exact production on a regularly modernised machine fleet, and in-house quality assurance. The product range is complemented by door infills, sliding doors (VEKAMOTION 82), roller shutters and special systems. The company trains carpenters and invests in climate protection measures such as LED lighting and process optimisation of the PVC production line.
