bekuplast GmbH, headquartered in Ringe (Lower Saxony), develops and produces reusable plastic transport packaging as a family-owned company for intralogistics, retail, pooling systems and the food, agriculture, automotive and pharmaceutical sectors. The portfolio includes collapsible containers, Euro-standard container series (lightline, basicline, silverline, contecline), trays, workpiece carriers, VDA-KLT and plastic pallets, complemented by custom special containers and ESD-conductive versions. Production takes place at the Ringe site on an operating area of 12.1 hectares with modern, energy-efficient injection moulding machines, robotics and a high degree of automation; around 31 million products are produced there annually. A machining centre is used for further processing and finishing of the injection-moulded parts. The company was founded in 1985 in Emlichheim and is supported by subsidiaries in Germany (Surplus Systems GmbH, Bonn), the Netherlands (Schiphorst B.V., Deventer) and Poland (bekuplast S.A., Łaziska Górne). Around 500 employees of the group work in development, production and sales; the quality, environmental and energy management systems are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001.
