Materials and Processes
Steel with zinc-aluminum coating
Galvanized wires for gabion and grid products; welding after galvanization enables higher corrosion resistance.
Hot-dip galvanized steel
Hot-dip galvanizing for corrosion protection of steel products.
Corten steel (weather-resistant structural steel)
Forms a self-healing rust patina and is suitable for long-lasting garden elements.
Douglas fir wood
Untreated, weather-resistant wood from domestic forests for raised beds and garden elements.
Larch wood
Naturally durable wood that requires no toxic impregnation.
Plastic
Used for lawn edgings.

Quality
Gabion grids are manufactured based on DIN EN ISO 9001:2000; the corrosion resistance of the zinc-aluminum coating was confirmed by a neutrally conducted salt spray test according to DIN SS 50021 / ASTM B117 / ISO 9227 with at least 3,000 hours.
