About easy drive® – BELTING GROUP GmbH
BELTING GROUP GmbH, headquartered in Stuttgart, is the manufacturer of the easy drive® system, a patented guide ring that is mounted on pulleys and engages with timing belts equipped with a corresponding groove. This allows the belt to run free of backlash, with true tracking, and in both directions of travel – as an alternative to flange washers or special timing belt guides. The product range includes polyurethane timing belts (open meter stock and welded endless, molded, wide and flex-tooth belts) as well as neoprene timing belts in numerous profiles (T, AT, HTD and imperial), pulleys made of steel, aluminum, cast iron or plastics with more than 600 pulley diameters, clamping bushings as well as coatings, finishes and surface treatments. The easy drive® guide ring is available in 117 ring diameters, of which more than 40 are held in stock. An online configurator with CAD files available for download assists with product selection; technical consulting is provided via authorized sales partners. Products are sold nationwide, throughout Europe and worldwide, including to the USA and China.
