About BEMA Maschinen GmbH
BEMA Maschinen GmbH is a mechanical engineering and contract manufacturing company based in Keltern-Ellmendingen (Baden-Württemberg). As a contract manufacturer, the company produces parts from various metals and plastics using milling, 5-axis milling and turning – from single parts to series production. Another pillar is the production of metallic seals, mainly made of fine-grain silver, as flat, profile and shaped seals with dimensions up to 1500 mm in diameter, which are used at very high temperatures (e.g. 400 °C) and very high pressures (e.g. 4000 bar). In addition, BEMA develops and sells its own machines and accessories: computer-controlled and manual engraving machines (pantographs) for stamp production, hand-lever surface grinding machines, tool grinding machines, cutter shank grinding machines, eccentric lathe chucks, programmable coolant nozzles, ring bending fixtures and workbench mats. The range is complemented by fixture construction, special machines, silver coins (proof quality), art objects made of sandstone, stainless steel and wood, as well as technical silver parts such as screws, valve seats, shafts and mixer blades.
