BEN Kunststoffe Vertriebs-GmbH is a manufacturer of extruded plastic sheets and rods made from PE-HD, PP and PVC-U with in-house production since 1994. The sheets are extruded in thicknesses of 1 to 120 mm and widths up to 2,500 mm; sheets in pressed quality, rods (round, hollow and flat rods) and thermoformable grades are also offered. The product range is complemented by plastic semi-finished products made from PA6, POM, PC, PMMA, PTFE, PVDF, ABS, PET and PEEK from stock. Using large-format CNC machining centers, BEN manufactures custom finished parts with tolerances according to DIN-ISO 2768m. Production takes place at the company's own plant MEPLA s.r.o. in Mělník (Czech Republic) with several extrusion lines, a fully automatic PVC mixing plant, mills and high-bay warehouses. Central warehouses in Germany and the Czech Republic with over 2,300 t of semi-finished products on 15,000 sqm of storage space enable short-term deliveries. Main customer industries include swimming pool and pool construction, tank and apparatus engineering, ventilation systems, conveying technology, orthopedics, action sports, ice hockey and playground construction.
