About Bendion
Bendion GmbH, based in Würselen, specialises in fluid technology and manufactures pipes, hose lines, formed hoses and ready-to-install assemblies to customer specification. Using CNC and mandrel bending machines, the company bends pipes from 3 mm diameter in steel, stainless steel, aluminium and non-ferrous metals; in addition, it offers mechanical processing such as cutting-ring pre-assembly, flaring, drilling, milling, welding and marking. The product range includes hydraulic and brake lines, low- to high-pressure hoses, rubber and thermoplastic formed hoses made of PE, PA and PU as well as thermoplastically formed plastic pipes including in-house toolmaking. Connection systems such as 24° sealing cone per ISO 8434-1, JIC, ORFS or rolling flange round off the offering. The process extends from project support and 3D bend data capture through prototype production to series production and logistics. Customers are found in mechanical and plant engineering, the automotive industry, agricultural, construction and forestry machinery, marine technology, rail vehicles, chemicals, medical technology, refrigeration and air conditioning technology, and hydrogen applications. The company evolved from ProTec Industriebedarf GmbH, founded in 1996.
