About BenThor automation
BenThor automation GmbH is a Czech-German automation company based in Nuremberg. The company develops and manufactures special machines and automation systems, including laser systems as well as automated welding and grinding systems. Another focus is robotics: according to its own statements, more than 2,500 robots have been programmed. The systems are developed using modern 3D-CAD programs and virtualized in simulation applications; with BenThorVerse (BTVerse), the company offers its own virtual reality solution that combines digital twin, VR and gamification for the training of system operators. Fully comprehensive virtual commissioning enables the testing of real robot and PLC programs in a virtual environment without hardware costs.
