About Bentley
Bentley is a medical technology company founded in Hechingen in 2009 that develops, produces and markets implants and catheters for the minimally invasive, endovascular treatment of peripheral and aortic vascular diseases. The portfolio includes balloon-expandable covered stent-graft systems (including BeGraft, BeFlared, BeFlow), bare-metal stents, self-expanding venous stents (BeYond) and catheter systems with a steerable Nitinol needle (BeBack). The products are made of cobalt-chromium (L-605) with patented ePTFE covering or nickel-titanium alloy (Nitinol) and are manufactured in cleanroom production; manufacturing takes place in Germany and Switzerland. Around 11% of annual revenue is reinvested in research and development. The solutions are used by physicians in more than 80 countries. The group employs around 600 people worldwide with sites in Stockholm, Hechingen, Frauenfeld and Portsmouth.
