About us
BENZ Feinwerktechnik is a manufacturing company specialising in plastics processing, based in Ohlsbach (Baden-Württemberg). The company manufactures technical plastic components and complex system solutions to customer drawings – from individual parts for sampling and test runs through to small and large series. Its core competencies include CNC milling and CNC turning of technical plastics, sawing, bending as well as adhesive bonding and welding; steel is also processed in small quantities. In plant engineering, containers, tanks, basins, troughs and complex special covers are produced, among other things by manual plastic welding technology. Materials processed include sheets, round rods and tubes made of materials such as Plexiglas® (PMMA), Makrolon® (PC), PA, PP, PVC, POM, PE, PEEK, PTFE and PETG. Owner Karl-Heinz Benz brings over 35 years of professional experience in plastics processing. Since May 2020, the company has manufactured in its own production hall in Ohlsbach; the business is organised as a sole proprietorship and is a member of the Freiburg Chamber of Skilled Crafts.

Plastic welding work is carried out by personnel holding a plastic welder certification under DVS 2212-1. Production is performed to drawing according to customer specifications, from individual parts through to series.
