About BENZ Tooling
BENZ Tooling (BENZ GmbH Werkzeugsysteme), based in Gengenbach, develops and manufactures tool systems and CNC units for machining. The product range includes angle heads from compact to XXL versions, 5-axis heads (cartesian and cardanic, 9 to 35 kW), motor spindles with air and water cooling, multi-spindle heads, broaching units (BENZ LinTec), driven tools for turning centers, high-speed spindles (BENZ Speeder up to 40,000 rpm, BENZ Jet), the rotating tool carrier system BENZ HYBRIX as well as system components such as NC rotary axes and media-transmitting rotary unions. In addition to metalworking, the Product Center WOOD offers units for drilling, milling, sawing, grooving, grinding, cutting, chiseling and brushing on wood, composites, plastics and aluminum. Production covers series components, modular kit systems and customer-specific special units such as MULTI V21 and CATENO S. Customers come from the automotive industry, electromobility, aerospace, wind power, mechanical engineering, lightweight construction, medical technology, woodworking and the furniture industry, including Bugatti, DMG Mori and Stöber Antriebstechnik. The offering is complemented by development partnerships from idea generation to machine acceptance as well as a worldwide service with repair, motor spindle service, spare parts management and preventive maintenance. The company, with around 300 employees, has belonged to the HOMAG Group of the DÜRR Group since 2019 and delivers to more than 30
