Benz Zaunfabrik GmbH from Lindau in the Zurich Oberland is a fence manufacturer that has existed since 1945 and is family-run in its third generation. The company produces the majority of its fences and the required fence material in its own production: wooden fences (palisade, picket, hunter/Hörnli, pasture and Grisons fences), metal fences such as diagonal, Ursus and Helvetia mesh, custom-made gates in its own metalworking shop, as well as mobile fences, privacy screens and pergolas. Wood is pressure-impregnated in an autoclave process with Impralit CCO salt or made from solid Grisons larch; iron parts are hot-dip galvanized in a full-immersion bath after machining. Installation is carried out by an experienced installation team, complemented by repair, maintenance and renovation services. Customers are private individuals, companies, municipalities and gardeners from all over Switzerland as well as agriculture, industry and construction sites/events.
