BEOS-Polymer GmbH is a medium-sized plastics recycling company based in Döbeln OT Markritz (Saxony) specialising in the recycling of pure-grade plastic production waste and residues from industry. Its range of services covers the purchase of plastic waste, production residues, ground materials and granulates (surplus stock), contract processing, the destruction of scrap parts, faulty batches and laboratory samples, as well as consulting on collection, collection systems, packaging materials and transport. Incoming raw materials are checked for purity, re-sorted if necessary and processed in a multi-stage shredding and cleaning process. The site has three grinding plants as well as an agglomerator with pre-shredder and downstream cutting mill, on which mainly EPP (expanded polypropylene) is processed. The end products are plastic ground materials and agglomerates with defined properties, which are returned to the economic cycle of the plastics processing industry as recyclates. The company is certified as a waste management specialist pursuant to § 56 KrWG.
