The company BERBA

BERBA Maschinenbau & Zerspanung GmbH is a family-run contract manufacturer founded in 1989 in Barßel (Lower Saxony) with around 20 employees. The company produces single parts from a quantity of 1, small series and complex assemblies based on sketches, samples or technical drawings. Its manufacturing capabilities include CNC turning (up to Ø 760 mm), CNC milling in 3 to 5 axes, boring mill machining of large parts up to 5 m in length on two TOS-Varnsdorf boring mills, surface grinding, welded constructions in steel, stainless steel and aluminium, as well as assembly of complete units. Materials machined include steel, stainless steel, aluminium, non-ferrous metals and plastics from the company's own material warehouse; wet blasting is carried out in-house, while further surface treatment is handled by certified partners. Customers come from the aviation, pharmaceutical and food industries, mechanical and plant engineering, and the automotive industry. At the approx. 2,800 m² site with its own CAD/CAM environment (GibbsCAM), just-in-time deliveries are also supported.
