Berentzen-Gruppe Aktiengesellschaft is a publicly listed German beverage manufacturer headquartered in Haselünne in the Emsland region. Founded in 1758 as a grain distillery, the company today produces and distributes spirits, non-alcoholic beverages and fresh juice systems, and is active in more than 60 countries. Around 175 million bottles are filled annually at the sites; all of the Group's spirits are produced at the Minden plant, while non-alcoholic beverages are produced by the subsidiary Vivaris Getränke GmbH & Co. KG in Haselünne and at partner companies. The portfolio includes brands such as Berentzen, Puschkin, Strothmann, Bommerlunder, Doornkaat, Hansen Rum and Mio Mio as well as the licensed bottling of Sinalco products. In the fresh juice systems business segment, the Austrian subsidiary Citrocasa GmbH distributes fruit presses, oranges of the frutas naturales brand and filling containers to food retail as well as to the gastronomy and hotel sectors. The private-label and second-brand business is managed by Pabst & Richarz Vertriebs GmbH based in Minden.
