About Bergader
Bergader Privatkäserei GmbH was founded in 1902 by Basil Weixler and is today family-owned in the fourth generation. The company produces cheese specialities at its Bavarian sites in Waging am See and Bad Aibling: blue cheese such as Bergader Edelpilz and Bavaria blu, soft cheese, semi-hard cheese and hard cheese, made from regional Alpine, mountain-farm and hay milk.
