About Berghütten

Berghütten GmbH from Dietzenbach produces and sells heating conductor alloys as well as heating elements for industrial furnaces, and brings more than 90 years of experience in this field. The product range includes heating conductor wires in almost all dimensions as round wire, flat wire, strip and rod material, heating coils, strip elements, ceramic support tubes, heating rods made of silicon carbide and molybdenum disilicide, ready-to-install cage elements and heating candles as well as heating modules made of vacuum-formed fibre shaped parts. All common alloys of nickel-chromium, chromium-iron-aluminium and copper-nickel are kept permanently in stock, ensuring short-notice delivery capability. In addition to selling standardised and self-produced heating elements, the company offers customised special designs according to customer requirements, engineering services to solve heating problems, and cooperation with furnace manufacturers and users. The heating elements are used preferably in industrial heat applications, in a temperature range of approximately 300 °C up to a maximum of 1,800 °C short-term, among others in the steel, glass and ceramics industries, in the metalworking industry and in laboratory furnaces for research and development.
