About us
The Berliner Teppichmanufaktur, owned by René Fechner, works, finishes and edges carpets and carpeting. The company produces custom-made carpets of any size and shape, carries out carpet edging with bands made of natural and synthetic fibres, leather or imitation leather, and performs reworking and repairs. The range of services also includes carpet overlocking, finishing with cutting, joining, inlay work and borders, step mats, stair runners made of natural fibres such as coconut and sisal as well as synthetic fibres, car, caravan and boat mats made to template or original, and the production and installation of skirting boards. Customers include end consumers, trade and retail, wholesalers, facility managers, industry and-floor-laying specialist companies. The workshop in Berlin-Weißensee has been located at its current site on Neumagener Straße since 1994 and has been expanded and optimised several times.
