BerlinerLuft. Technik GmbH, headquartered in Berlin, develops and produces systems, units and components for ventilation and air conditioning in buildings and industrial plants. The portfolio includes round and rectangular air ducts and fittings (seamed and welded), ventilation stacks and steel chimneys, silencers and special acoustic constructions, smoke extraction and fire protection systems, as well as modular AHU and compact ventilation units and welded process air technology components. Production takes place on automated duct manufacturing lines as well as in sheet metal and welding operations with laser cutting (0.8–20 mm, up to 1500×3000 mm), rolling, bending, laser welding, MIG/MAG, TIG and automated longitudinal seam welding, complemented by wet painting and corrosion protection. Materials are galvanized steel, mild steel, stainless steel (1.4301, 1.4404, 1.4571) and aluminum (among others AlMg3). Customers come from office and non-residential buildings, data centers, automotive, power generation, airports, the food, pharmaceutical and paper industries as well as laboratories and cleanrooms. With five high-capacity German locations and three plants in Poland, the group produces around 10,000 m² of duct and fittings daily and delivers with its own logistics fleet.

Almost all companies in the group are certified to ISO 9001:2015 (TÜV Rheinland, no. 74 210 0119, first certification 2002); in addition there are EN 1090-1/-2, EN 13084-7 and DIN EN ISO 3834-2 at the RegionalCenter South as well as hygiene certificates for ducts, silencers, dampers and AHUs.
