About Berluto
Berluto is a manufacturer of industrial valves headquartered in Tönisvorst on the Lower Rhine. The company manufactures pressure reducers, float valves and overflow valves as well as accessories, spare parts and repair kits, engineered to precisely match different media, pressure ranges and flow rates. Production takes place entirely in Germany: at the company's own development and manufacturing facility in Tönisvorst, production is computer-assisted with CAD/CAM linked to CNC machining centers, ensuring high precision and short lead times even for large series and custom-made products. The materials used are red brass, brass, stainless steel and sealing materials, all of which undergo incoming inspection. At the end of the production chain, computer-controlled test systems guarantee a one hundred percent functional test. The valves are used, among other things, in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, the food and beverage industry, the energy and power plant industry, the oil and gas industry, mechanical and plant engineering, water and wastewater technology, medical technology as well as semiconductor and electronics manufacturing.

Materials and Processes
Red brass
Used for pressure reducers and float valves and subjected to incoming inspection before delivery.
Brass
Material for float valves, likewise verified through incoming inspection.
Stainless steel
Suitable for demanding media and applications; the basis of pressure reducers and float valves as well as new stainless steel valves with cast flanges.
Sealing materials
Seals are tested as part of the incoming inspection and offered in repair kits.
Computer-assisted development with CAD/CAM integration
Direct integration with CNC machining centers ensures precision and short lead times.
