About the Ketchup Manufactory

Bernd August Feinkost-Fabrikation GmbH is a ketchup manufactory based in Berlin that has existed since 1900 and produces ketchup, sauces, mayonnaises and a Worcestershire sauce. The manufactory predominantly processes raw materials from natural products; artificial flavours are avoided. The range comprises around twelve ketchup varieties, approximately 15 mayonnaise varieties as well as herb sauce, garlic sauce, chilli sauce, gipsy sauce and remoulade. The Worcestershire sauce is made according to a traditional original English recipe with porcini mushrooms and forms the basis of many of the company's own products. As a private-label supplier, the company develops and refines recipes according to customer requirements and fills ketchup and sauces with the customer's own label and logo. The orientation is regional: production and administration are located at Großbeerenstraße 46-52 in Berlin, supplying snack bars, restaurants and further-processing businesses from Berlin and the surrounding region.
