Plastic solutions since 1971

Bernd Fiedler Kunststofftechnik GmbH & Co KG is a mid-sized family business in its second generation that has been manufacturing plastic parts by injection moulding for industry since 1971. On 38 injection moulding machines at two sites, moulded parts weighing up to 5,000 grams are produced from over 100 different plastics – from standard and engineering plastics to high-performance thermoplastics such as PEEK and PPS-based specialty materials, including high-temperature-resistant materials. In addition to injection moulding with 2K technology, the company offers CAD design, 3D data creation, additive prototyping, its own toolmaking with CNC and EDM machining, and part finishing through screen printing, pad printing and hot embossing. Ultrasonic welding, assembly of subassemblies, quality assurance with a 3D measuring machine and just-in-time logistics with its own vehicle fleet complete the value chain. Customers come from the household appliances, electronics/electrical industry, automotive, plant engineering and consumer goods sectors. The headquarters are in Asselfingen in Baden-Württemberg; a second production site with a warehouse is located in Nottertal-Heilinger Höhen (Schlotheim) in Thuringia.
