Bernd Lehmann Verkauf und Verarbeitung von Kunststoffen GmbH & Co. KG manufactures plastic finished parts, cut-to-size pieces, trade fair and experimental models as well as technical parts based on drawings, sketches, samples or CAD data in Dortmund. The focus is on the processing of acrylic glass (PLEXIGLAS®/PMMA), complemented by commercially available technical plastics and non-ferrous metals, also in combination with stainless steel or aluminium. The manufacturing range includes CNC milling in 3, 4 and 5 axes including high-speed cutting (HSC), CNC turning, deep drawing, bending, blow moulding, welding, optically clear bonding, painting, gearing as well as the production of fixtures, manufacturing aids and assemblies. Customer industries include mechanical engineering, trade fair construction as well as research and development, with components ranging from small machine parts to freeform surfaces and prototypes. Founded in 1972, the company employs 13 staff at its Dortmund-Lindentalweg site and is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001.
