About Missimi-Berney
Berney Machines SA, trading under the Missimi-Berney brand, was founded in 1963 and has historically been active in contract manufacturing for the watch industry. Based in Le Pont in the Vallée de Joux, the company develops and manufactures special machines for watchmaking technology, in particular polishing machines for grinding, lapping and polishing flat surfaces, brushing machines, chamfering machines, drawing machines, gluing presses, micro drilling machines as well as machines for machining hard and extra-hard materials with a granite base. The range of services also includes the design and construction of custom assembly and packaging machines according to specifications, control cabinet construction, automation, overhaul of old machines, after-sales service and on-site training. In contract manufacturing, precision mechanics and watchmaking work are carried out in all metals. The machines are exported worldwide and are designed, among other things, for materials such as Compax, corundum, quartz, ceramics, silicon, ferrite, hard metal, alnico, stellite, special steels and natural stones.
