Berollka-aktiv Rollstuhltechnik GmbH is a privately owned family business in its second generation, based in Sinsheim. The company develops, designs, and manufactures wheelchairs in lightweight aluminum construction, as well as rehabilitation aids such as seat pan bases, standing devices, therapy chairs, and walking and mobility aids. All products and accessories are manufactured in the company's own production halls in Sinsheim; according to the material catalog, custom manufacturing of individual parts and small quantities is also possible. The frames are predominantly made of anodized or coated aluminum tubes, supplemented by chromed steel tubes, stainless steel tubes, and plastic parts. The products for children, teenagers, and adults are distributed through specialized medical trade channels; bilingual catalogs are available in German and English. Since 2007, exports to the Arab and Asian regions have been maintained.
