About Besel & Schwäller
Since 1995, Besel & Schwäller Schaltanlagenbau GmbH has been manufacturing control cabinets in single-unit and series production – from small junction boxes to XXL cabinets twelve metres long and four metres high. The core competence is the construction of control cabinets for machine tools; for 25 years the company has been supplying Deckel Maho Pfronten (DMG MORI). The service portfolio includes control cabinet construction including assembly, fitting, wiring and cabling, the assembly of cables, cable bundles and cable harnesses from single pieces to large series, as well as the development and manufacture of complete automation systems with design, PLC and robot programming and commissioning. Mounting plates and mechanical special parts are manufactured on a PERFOREX CNC machining centre and a DMG MORI CNC milling machine; strands and wires are produced on five fully automatic Metzner Triathlon 3000 wire processing machines. Every control cabinet undergoes continuity, protective conductor, insulation and high-voltage testing before delivery. With more than 200 employees at the company headquarters in Füssen and the production plant in Pécs (Hungary), the company manufactures over 5,000 control cabinets annually for machine tool construction, medical technology, plant engineering, environmental technology and electromobility.
